^Lot 1270 Remington Double Deringer .41 RF #5

'Model 95 Type II'. Vintage over/under double barrel derringer chambered in .41 Rimfire Short, manufactured circa 1888-1911. Features blued finish, 3" tip-up barrels with solid sighting rib marked "REMINGTON ARMS CO. ILION, N.Y", fixed blade front sight, 'u' notched rear sight, smooth spur trigger, knurled hammer spur, manual extractor, auto-rotating barrel selector, steel frame and two-piece checkered black hard rubber grips. The frame under the left grip and lower barrel are stamped with assembly/batch number "5". Bores are fair condition, bright, good rifling, some scattered light pitting. About all of the blue finish is gone for handling, turned a gray patina, grips are worn. Action is smooth with clean let-off.
